GQ Man Of The Year Awards 2011

The GQ Man of the Year Awards took place last night in London town and it was the ladies that stole the show.

Edgy is the way to go!
The stars last night worked the red carpet in edgy outfits with many stars opting for edgy little black dresses.
Emma Watson opted for a 'punk' look that made a change from her usual outfit choice. Normally I am not a fan of tartan as it can look tacky but Emma worked this McQ tartan puffball prom dress look well. The biker jacket and Louboutin's help make this dress look more edgy!

Daisy Lowe turned up with boyfriend Matt Smith and looked striking in a lace gown by Jexika.

Kylie Minogue opted for a very simple LBD that reminds me of a slip. Kylie looks fab but not a fan of her dress it is far to simple compared to everyone else! Love her statement shoes though!

Abbey Clancy felt the need to flash us all her underwear so decided to opt for this Emanual Ungaro lace dress. This dress looked much better on the catwalk, Abbey succeeds in making the dress look tacky! Abbey needs to sort her roots out as it adds to the tack factor!

Holly Valance works the see through dress look much better than Abbey. Holly's accessories and hairstyle makes the dress look much better, it would have been a disaster if she had left it without accessories.

Jameela Jamil looks fab in her Amanda Wakely LBD. Although it is a very simple dress it is effective and the presenter looks great.
Pixie Lott was another star that opted for a LBD. Not a fan of her hair in this look, it does nothing for her outfit which looks a bit messy. The sin
ger should have opted for some accessories.

The Saturday's opted for a variety of edgy outfits. Not a fan of Rochelle's lipstick - it does nothing for her. Mollie looks the best out of the girls, love her shoes.

Best Dressed of the Night
For me it was Leona Lewis that surprisingly stole the show opting for a Little White dress. Leona opts for a trendy fringe dress and looks sophisticated in it. I do love that she has opted for red accessories that contrast the white colour nicely. The only thing I don't like about this look is the ring on her finger it looks like a plaster!

Worst Dressed of the Night
Although there were a few badly dressed celebs it was Sophie Ellis Bextor that for me looked the worst. Sophie's whole look is mismatched; from the red purse to the light blue nail varnish and the tacky silver shoes. The dress does nothing for the star either. Sophie Ellis Bextor shows us how not to wear patterned tights!
